The role involves providing strategic academic and administrative leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, research, student engagement, institutional quality assurance, and overall campus administration.<\/span>
<\/p>The Vice Principal will work closely with the Management in driving institutional growth, strengthening academic standards, fostering innovation, and enhancing the overall educational ecosystem.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>

<\/h3>Oversee the overall academic administration and supervision of teaching\-learning processes.<\/span>

<\/h3>Lead and coordinate NAAC accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and institutional excellence.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Coordinate institutional audits, AQAR preparation, rankings, and compliance reporting.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Facilitate feedback collection and quality enhancement measures involving students, faculty, parents, and stakeholders.<\/span>

<\/h3>Mentor and guide faculty members for academic and professional growth.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Encourage faculty participation in research, publications, FDPs, seminars, and conferences.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ensure student welfare, discipline, counseling, mentorship, and grievance redressal mechanisms.<\/span>

<\/h3>Coordinate with university authorities, statutory bodies, and government agencies.<\/span>

<\/h1>Educational Qualification<\/span>
<\/h1>Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Experience<\/span>
<\/h1>Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in Universities, Colleges, or Higher Educational Institutions.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Experience as Professor/Associate Professor in reputed institutions.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Prior experience as Vice Principal/Dean for at least 3\u20135 years preferred.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Proven experience in NAAC accreditation and quality assurance processes in reputed institutions.<\/span>
