Role Overview<\/b>

Digital Nest is looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer<\/b> who understands storytelling, pacing, branding, and performance\-driven content<\/b>.
<\/p>


<\/p>

This is not<\/b> a basic editing role.
<\/div>
You will be responsible for creating high\-impact videos and motion graphics<\/b> used across:
<\/div>

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
    <\/li>
  • Course content
    <\/li>
  • Ads
    <\/li>
  • Brand videos
    <\/li>
  • Internal and external communications

    We need someone who can think visually, execute fast, and maintain brand consistency<\/b>.

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>

    1. Video Editing<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    You will:
    <\/p>

    • Edit short\-form and long\-form videos for:
      • Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Ads
        <\/li>
      • YouTube videos, webinars, masterclasses
        <\/li>
      • Course modules and training content
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Ensure clean cuts, proper pacing, storytelling flow, and platform\-specific formats
        <\/li>
      • Sync visuals with voice\-overs, music, and sound effects
        <\/li>
      • Handle color correction, basic color grading, and audio cleanup
        <\/li>
      • Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolutions, duration)
        <\/li><\/ul>

        2. Motion Graphics & Animation<\/b>
        <\/h3>

        You will:
        <\/p>

        • Design and animate:
          • Intros, outros, lower thirds
            <\/li>
          • Kinetic typography videos
            <\/li>
          • Explainer videos
            <\/li>
          • Logo animations
            <\/li>
          • Social media motion creatives
            <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Create motion graphics aligned with Digital Nest\u2019s brand guidelines
            <\/li>
          • Use animation to enhance clarity and engagement<\/b>, not distract
            <\/li>
          • Work on educational animations for concepts, processes, and workflows
            <\/li><\/ul>

            3. Creative Collaboration<\/b>
            <\/h3>

            You will:

            • Work closely with:
              • Marketing team
                <\/li>
              • Trainers & content creators
                <\/li>
              • Design team
                <\/li>
              • Management
                <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
              • Convert raw ideas, scripts, or briefs into polished visual content
                <\/li>
              • Suggest creative improvements instead of blindly executing instructions
                <\/li>
              • Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions
                <\/li><\/ul>

                4. Brand Consistency & Quality Control<\/b>
                <\/h3>

                You will:
                <\/p>

                • Maintain consistent visual identity across all videos
                  <\/li>
                • Follow brand colors, fonts, tone, and motion styles
                  <\/li>
                • Ensure every output meets quality standards before delivery
                  <\/li>
                • Rework videos based on feedback without ego or delay
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  5. Asset Management & Workflow<\/b>
                  <\/h3>

                  You will:
                  <\/p>

                  • Organize project files, assets, templates, and exports properly
                    <\/li>
                  • Maintain version control and backups
                    <\/li>
                  • Meet deadlines without repeated follow\-ups
                    <\/li>
                  • Work efficiently under tight timelines when needed

                    Required Skills & Tools<\/b>

                    • Adobe Premiere Pro

                    • Adobe Illustrator (basic motion assets)

                      Strongly Preferred<\/b>

                      • DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
                        <\/li>
                      • Audition or equivalent for audio cleanup
                        <\/li>
                      • Experience with templates, presets, and expressions in After Effects
                        <\/li>
                      • Knowledge of social media video best practices

                        Creative & Professional Skills<\/b>

                        • Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual hierarchy

                            • Experience working with brands, agencies, or content\-driven companies is a big plus
