Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Equipment Setup and Operation:

◦ Install and configure video equipment, including projectors, LED walls, cameras, and video switchers.

◦ Operate video systems during live events, broadcasts, or installations.

◦ Perform video checks to ensure proper alignment, resolution, and quality.

2. Content Management:

◦ Load, manage, and cue video content as per event requirements.

◦ Test and verify compatibility of video files with playback systems.

◦ Collaborate with clients or production teams to ensure content accuracy.

3. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

◦ Diagnose and resolve technical issues with video equipment promptly.

◦ Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of video systems.

◦ Repair or replace defective components to ensure operational readiness.

4. Video System Design and Integration:

◦ Assist in designing video layouts and setups for events and installations.

◦ Configure multi-screen displays and video mapping for complex setups.

◦ Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with AV systems.

5. Safety and Compliance:

◦ Follow safety protocols during installation and operation of video equipment.

◦ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

◦ Identify and address potential risks related to video operations.

6. Collaboration and Support:

◦ Work closely with lighting, audio, and staging teams to achieve cohesive AV solutions.

◦ Provide technical support during rehearsals and live events.

◦ Assist with the setup and teardown of video systems and other AV equipment.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain records of video equipment inventory, setups, and configurations.

◦ Report on equipment usage, repairs, and replacements to management.

◦ Provide feedback for improving video workflows and systems.
