<\/span><\/span><\/p>

If you love bringing stories to life through your lens, thrive on shoot days, and have a keen eye for framing, lighting, and capturing great content, we'd love to hear from you.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

From planning shots to filming and creating engaging visual content, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into compelling videos. If you're passionate about videography and always looking for the perfect shot, we might just get along.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

What you'll be doing: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>

Pre\-Production <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  1. Ideate and build mood boards, visual references, storyboards & shortlists <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Plan shoot budgets and hire the right crew or talent <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Scout + recce locations, source props, and coordinate with equipment vendors <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. Prep like a pro <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    On Shoot <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    1. Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, grip gear & audio (yes, all of it) <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2. Style and design sets that <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> look good <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    3. Brief crew and talent like a boss <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4. Direct, shoot, assist \- whatever it takes to get the shot <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Post Production <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      1. Manage footage and shortlist clips like a neat freak <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. Work closely with editors to bring the story to life <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>
