We are looking for a Videographer, Video Editor & AI Video Creator to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing, and enhancing high\-quality video content showcasing properties in an engaging and professional way. The role combines traditional videography with AI\-powered video production.<\/span>
<\/p>Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/h2>- Shoot professional videos of properties (apartments, villas, offices) including both interior and exterior shots.<\/span>
<\/li>- Capture high\-quality footage using proper camera techniques, lighting, and sound equipment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Edit and produce marketing videos for digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns.<\/span>
<\/li>- Create AI\-generated or AI\-enhanced videos using modern tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, CapCut AI, HeyGen, or similar platforms.<\/span>
<\/li>- Transform property images, floor plans, and briefs into engaging video content using AI tools.<\/span>
<\/li>- Apply visual effects, transitions, color correction, motion graphics, and sound design to ensure high\-quality output.<\/span>
<\/li>- Generate voiceovers, subtitles, and animations using AI\-based tools when needed.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property features creatively and develop campaign ideas.<\/span>
<\/li>- Organize and manage the property video library and digital assets.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure timely delivery of all video projects while maintaining high production standards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography, video editing, and AI content creation.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Proven experience in videography, video editing, or digital content creation.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in real estate or marketing videography is highly preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands\-on experience with AI video generation tools is a strong advantage.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setup, and audio recording.<\/span>
