VIP Concierge Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate VIP Concierge Manager to lead our integrated VIP Concierge team across Fairmont Gold and Concierge Desk operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service experiences and ensuring the highest standards of personalized guest care.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the VIP Concierge team
• Ensure seamless and personalized VIP guest experiences
• Oversee VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and service recovery
• Maintain luxury brand service standards and operational excellence
• Drive upselling opportunities and curated guest experiences
• Build strong relationships with external luxury partners and vendors
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams
• Lead executive lounge operations and ensure exceptional service standards

What We Are Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Concierge, VIP Services, or Front Office
• Strong passion for guest experience and personalized service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized personality
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Knowledge of the local environment, including history, cultural attractions, and gastronomic scene, is an advantage
