VIP Relationship Manager
You will own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients as their trusted advisor and commercial partner. You will manage onboarding, provide white-glove concierge support, and drive upsell and cross-sell across trading, OTC, Earn and lending products. You will conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and risk preferences, maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline, create and manage real-time client channels (e.g., Telegram), collaborate with sales, product, operations and compliance teams, and provide regular reporting on client performance and growth opportunities. You will stay current on crypto market structure, trading trends and yield products to advise clients credibly.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients
- Serve as primary point of contact across onboarding, account support and product adoption
- Deliver a high-touch concierge-style experience via direct messaging and real-time channels
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across Trading, OTC, Earn, Lending and referral programs
- Identify opportunities to grow client AUM, trading activity and product penetration
- Conduct structured discovery to understand client goals, allocation and trading patterns
- Segment clients by archetype to personalize engagement and growth strategies
- Collaborate with institutional sales, OTC, product, operations, compliance and growth teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client activity, opportunities and pipeline stages
- Create and manage dedicated Telegram groups and direct channels for VIP engagement
- Provide regular updates on client performance, pipeline activity and strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage or crypto
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence client behavior and drive revenue growth
- High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills to build credibility with sophisticated clients
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and client engagement
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with revenue accountability
- Familiarity with real-time client communication tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp
- Strong interest in digital assets, crypto markets and emerging financial products
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage a book of business independently
