Virtual Account Management Team Lead

What’s on the menu: Your Mission

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day rhythm of the VAM team. You’ll ensure our partner accounts receive world-class service by optimizing workflows and removing friction.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Dive into performance dashboards to spot trends. You’ll identify where we can win and implement swift, corrective actions to keep the team on track.

  • Drive the "How": Serve as the operational North Star. You’ll ensure the team masters Salesforce and internal tools, maintaining the data integrity that allows us to scale.

  • Performance Coaching: It’s not just about targets; it’s about people. You’ll track productivity metrics (call volumes, task completion) and provide the daily direction needed to help your team hit their personal bests.

  • Strategic Reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse. You will translate team activities into clear progress updates for senior management, highlighting both wins and opportunities.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Operations, Team Coordination, or Customer Success. You’ve led teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments before.

  • Process Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you own it. You thrive in structured environments and enjoy bringing order to complexity.

  • Tech-Savviness: You speak "Salesforce" and Google Workspace fluently. You understand that clean data is the foundation of a great strategy.

  • Analytical Eye: You’re comfortable navigating dashboards and can quickly pivot a team’s focus based on what the numbers are telling you.

  • Language Skills: You are a master communicator in both Hungarian and English.

  • Grit & Reliability: You are the calm in the storm, capable of managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of the goal.
