Role Overview

The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional resource deployed on mid- to long-term assignments with global clients of Growup Technologies.

Post completion of structured training and evaluation, the VA will be assigned to one or more client projects based on demonstrated competencies, performance, and business requirements.

This is a non-technical role focused on business support, operations, and client coordination functions.

Functional Training & Domain Exposure

During training, Virtual Assistants are introduced to multiple business domains. Deployment may occur in one or more of the following areas:

  • Executive Assistance

  • Administrative Support

  • Online Research

  • Project Management Support

  • Social Media Management

  • Digital Marketing Support

  • Operations Support

  • Business Development Support

  • Content Writing Support

  • Web Support (Non-Technical Coordination)

  • HR & Recruitment Assistance

Role Categories

Growup hires two types of Virtual Assistants:

  1. Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day)

  2. Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours/day)

Role allocation is determined based on performance, availability, and business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in any non-academic or non-IT roles

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Willingness to undergo 4 - 6 weeks structured, unpaid training

  • Ability to commit to a full-time remote work schedule
