Job Responsibilities

• Working closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
• Key communicator with brand’s VM team on guidelines
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays
• Working closely with local partners to arrange permit and manpower, ensure strong execution and prepare completion report
• Daily communication and weekly WIP report with brands
• Assistant to VM Director in all projects
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools and layout software.
• Able to liaise with brand teams, vendors, local partners and internal stakeholders
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, when required for project execution or setup
