We fuse together creativity, technology, and media to bring ideas to life, and tell unforgettable stories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We are a wholesome melting pot of people hailing from different walks of life who believe in having fun at work and being good at drinking games.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We work in an uber\-collaborative atmosphere, always on the go, creating kickass content for all our stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We want a kickass, smart and quick\-witted Associate Visualizer with an experience of 2\-3.5 years, preferably in a creative digital agency.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be in love with Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Premiere Pro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> What you will do at Sociowash:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Ideating and designing the creatives as per the client's brief along with your team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing key visuals for campaigns & brands for Social Media or Outdoor Media.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> There are three responses to a creative \- yes, no, and WOW!
