The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program\u2026 one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.

This role combines leadership, hands\-on work, and discipleship<\/b>. You\u2019ll help students develop real\-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.
<\/p>
You\u2019re not just managing projects\u2026 you\u2019re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.
<\/p>
What You\u2019ll Do
<\/h3>- Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
<\/li> - Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
<\/li> - Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
<\/li> - Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
<\/li> - Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
<\/li> - Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
<\/li> - Train and lead work supervisors and teams
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements
<\/h3>- Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ<\/b>
<\/li>- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
<\/li> - Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
<\/li> - Minimum 2 years leadership experience
<\/li> - Strong organizational and project management skills
<\/li> - Ability to lead teams in a fast\-paced environment
<\/li> - General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
<\/li> - Willingness to complete OSHA training
<\/li><\/ul>
