The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program\u2026 one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.

This role combines leadership, hands\-on work, and discipleship<\/b>. You\u2019ll help students develop real\-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.

What You\u2019ll Do

  • Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
    <\/li>
  • Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
    <\/li>
  • Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
    <\/li>
  • Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
    <\/li>
  • Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
    <\/li>
  • Train and lead work supervisors and teams
    <\/li><\/ul>

      • Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
        <\/li>
      • Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
        <\/li>
      • Minimum 2 years leadership experience
        <\/li>
      • Strong organizational and project management skills
        <\/li>
      • Ability to lead teams in a fast\-paced environment
        <\/li>
      • General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
        <\/li>
      • Willingness to complete OSHA training
        <\/li><\/ul>
