  • Monitor trainee progress and maintain individual performance records.

  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive training environment.

  • Assist beneficiaries in developing workplace behavior, discipline, and time management skills.

  • Coordinate vocational activities, workshops, and production units within the centre.

  • Encourage participation in income\-generation and skill\-development activities.

  • Work closely with therapists, social workers, caregivers, and family members for holistic development.

  • Support placement, internship, or livelihood opportunities for eligible beneficiaries.

  • Organize exhibitions, sales activities, and community interaction programs for vocational products.

  • Prepare monthly reports and documentation related to training activities and beneficiary progress.
