Voice Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes installation, maintenance, and management of the NICE voice recording system. Operations and Maintenance Services for Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions.
Operations and Maintenance Services
· Provide maintenance support to clients.
· Manage Service Desk ticketing.
· Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email or onsite.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
· Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same.
· Perform preventive maintenance of NICE voice recording systems.
· Plan and Implement of NICE voice recording systems for clients
· Provide presales & post sales support and maintaining all necessary technical documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT, Unified communications or Engineering field.
Minimum 2 years experience working in a NICE Voice solutions.
Nice Engage or NICE trade recording certified will be preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
· L1 to L2 resource with hands on NICE voice recording system with more than 2 years of experience
· Knowledgeable in NICE Voice Recorder
· Able to support and maintain NICE voice recording system

· Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required
