We are seeking a VP Client\nSuccess & Retention (f/m/x)<\/b> to lead CEPRES' global customer success\norganization and drive long\-term value across our institutional client base.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>This is a senior leadership\nrole responsible for customer retention, adoption, expansion, and strategic\nclient engagement across private equity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth\nfunds, insurance companies, asset managers, and other institutional investors.\nWorking closely with Sales, Product, Data Delivery, Finance, and senior\nleadership, you will ensure clients realize measurable value from CEPRES\nsolutions while supporting the company's continued growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Customer Success Strategy &\nLeadership<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Develop and execute the global Customer Success strategy, including\ncustomer segmentation, engagement models, retention initiatives, expansion\nprograms, and operational scalability.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build and lead a high\-performing global Customer Success organization\nthat puts client needs at the center of everything we do.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Mentor and develop customer\-facing teams across multiple locations\nwhile fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service\nexcellence.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Establish and monitor key customer success KPIs, including retention,\nnet revenue retention, adoption, customer health, and client satisfaction\nmetrics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build scalable customer engagement frameworks that support CEPRES'\ncontinued growth and expansion.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>- Act as executive sponsor for CEPRES' most strategic client\nrelationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and\nensuring clients realize measurable value from our solutions and data\nofferings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop strong relationships with institutional investors, private\nequity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and\nasset managers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning discussions\nand influence product roadmap priorities based on client needs and market\ntrends.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support pre\-sales and client engagement activities by partnering with\nSales during strategic client discussions and contract negotiations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Commercial Growth & Retention<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Own client retention, renewals, expansion, cross\-selling, and upselling\nstrategies, partnering closely with Sales leadership to maximize customer\nlifetime value and revenue growth.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify opportunities to increase client adoption, deepen strategic\npartnerships, and expand CEPRES' footprint within existing accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Service Delivery & Operational Excellence<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Oversee customer delivery, support operations, and service governance\nto ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, and customer expectations are\nconsistently met or exceeded.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Partner with Finance to support effective invoicing, collections, and\nremediation plans for delinquent accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management,\nrelationship management, or client services within financial services, fintech,\nfinancial software, data, or investment technology environments.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience leading global customer\-facing teams and organizations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deep understanding of private markets, including Private Equity,\nVenture Capital, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Fund\-of\-Funds, and\ninstitutional investment workflows.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in investment\-related disciplines such as asset management,\ninvestment banking, consulting, accounting, audit, or financial services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS, financial software, data\nplatforms, or investment technology solutions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management\nskills.<\/span><\/span>
