Job Overview:
The VP Data Strategist, Supervision will own the data strategy needed to support automation, analytics, AI enablement, control health risk measurement, and cost transparency.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a unified supervision data strategy that supports automation, analytics, AI enablement, control health measurement, and cost transparency across the organization.
Define and govern critical data elements, including taxonomies, lineage, ownership, and data quality standards required for regulatory, supervisory, and operational use.
Partner with Tech and DAR on data product development, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, reusable, and well‑governed data assets.
Design and evolve frameworks for control health, risk detection, and FTE/cost transparency, enabling consistent measurement and actionable insights.
Ensure auditability and defensibility of supervision data flows, including traceability from source systems through reporting and analytics outputs.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in data modeling and operational data sets, with an understanding of how data is generated, consumed, and monitored across end‑to‑end workflows.
Knowledge of data governance, architecture, and data modeling expertise, including structuring data for regulatory, and operational use.
Understanding of analytics, risk scoring, and AI data requirements, including data readiness, quality, and transparency
Ability to partner effectively with technical teams, translating business needs and risk requirements into clear data specifications and design decisions.
Methodical, detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to balance precision with practical delivery in complex environments.

Pay Range:
