VP Head of Partnerships

You will define and lead the global strategic partnership roadmap focusing on long-term value creation and ecosystem growth. You will source, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships across Web3 TradFi technology providers and emerging blockchain ecosystems. You will own and cultivate senior-level relationships with key partners, acting as a strategic advisor to deepen engagement and foster joint initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to ensure partnerships align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will partner with BD and Marketing teams to co-create GTM strategies for new services, joint ventures, and integrations enabled by strategic partnerships. You will stay ahead of trends in Web3, digital asset infrastructure, DeFi, and custody services to inform partnership strategy and identify whitespace opportunities. You will establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness, ROI, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with key partners, acting as a strategic advisor to deepen engagement and foster joint initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to ensure partnerships align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with BD and Marketing teams to co-create GTM strategies for new services, joint ventures, and integrations enabled by strategic partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of trends in Web3, digital asset infrastructure, DeFi, and custody services to inform partnership strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness, ROI, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or business development, with at least 3+ years in the digital asset or fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, custody, digital asset infrastructure, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Proven track record in managing high-level partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep, existing relationships across financial institutions, technology providers, blockchain protocols, and regulatory bodies are a plus.
  • Ability to translate market trends and partner capabilities into long-term strategic advantages for the business.
  • Open to candidates based in key strategic markets (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, EU, UAE) with the ability to travel when required.
