VP, High Net Worth Policy Servicing- 1 Year Contract Role

A leading life insurance provider is looking for an experienced policy servicing professional to join their High Net Worth team. This is a great opportunity to support a premium client base and work closely with distribution partners across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the point of contact for distributor enquiries, responding promptly and making sure the information you provide is clear and accurate. You'll process policy change requests within agreed turnaround times while keeping everything in line with internal and regulatory standards.

A key part of the role involves reviewing and managing legal documentation for policies assigned to banks as collateral, as well as assignments to trust institutions and entities. You'll also prepare and issue CSV month-end statements for distributors and banks and keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date as processes evolve. From time to time you'll take on ad-hoc projects and support the wider business with product launches and system enhancements.

What we're looking for

• Diploma in business or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in a policy servicing team within the life insurance industry
• Solid understanding of life insurance processes and local regulations
• Service-oriented, well organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Meticulous and detail-focused, with a genuine flair for administrative work
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office, along with policy administration, workflow, and imaging systems
