VP of Marketing

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, driving qualified lead generation and sustainable growth across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Define and communicate compelling value propositions that strengthen market positioning and differentiate service offerings.
- Analyze customer acquisition channels, campaign performance, and marketing metrics to improve ROI while effectively managing budget constraints.
- Research market trends and customer behavior within the US market to ensure campaigns remain relevant, competitive, and impactful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging marketing content that supports sales, branding, and lead generation efforts.
- Oversee marketing technology, automation platforms, CRM integrations, and reporting systems to streamline operations and nurture prospective customers.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- At least 5 years of experience leading successful B2B and/or B2C marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to maximize marketing performance and lead generation while working within limited budgets.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, and the complete customer journey.
- Experience using marketing platforms and analytics tools such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience working independently in remote environments with availability to maintain at least a 5-hour overlap with EST business hours.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, virtual assistant services, or remote workforce solutions is considered an advantage.
