VP - OTC Sales
You will own the end-to-end commercial cycle: prospect for institutional clients, coordinate onboarding and funding, and provide ongoing client coverage. You will sell execution and on/off-ramp solutions, grow wallet share, drive repeat volumes, deliver market intelligence and trade ideas, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless settlement and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients to drive OTC crypto trading and fiat on/off-ramp activity.
- Identify and onboard new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase OTC trading volume and revenue.
- Partner with clients to understand treasury, settlement, and liquidity needs across crypto and fiat.
- Provide market intelligence, trade ideas, and execution support across spot, derivative, and structured product.
- Collaborate with trading, operations, compliance, legal, and client management to deliver onboarding, funding, and settlement workflows.
- Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify product gaps and inform strategic roadmap.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in institutional sales or client coverage roles focused on crypto, including OTC or fiat on/off ramps.
- Deep understanding of the OTC crypto trading landscape and fiat infrastructure (bank wires, stablecoin, payment rails).
- Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain trade and compliance mechanics.
- Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin (highly preferred).
- Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Understanding of requirements to operate within a regulated institution.
