Job Summary

Join Wcked Bistro’s new restaurant team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during exclusive dinner hours in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. We offer on-the-job training for Service and Bartending skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers promptly to create a positive first impression
• Present menus and explain daily specials and promotions clearly to guide customer choices
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customers during meals to address needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests leave to maintain a tidy environment
• Prepare tables by setting up utensils, condiments, and dining items for service readiness
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
• Process payments accurately using the POS (Dinetap) system to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and workstations to meet health standards
• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage experience
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Physically fit
