Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit and support colleagues when needed.
  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
