Walk-in Interview Details

Date: Mon 22 June 2026 OR Tue 23 June 2026

Time: 0900 – 1700

Location: 50 Raffles Place, Level 7, Singapore Land Tower,Singapore 048623

Contract Details

Type: Temporary till 31 July 2026

Extension: Subject to extension

Start Date: Immediate starters preferred

Hourly Rate: $10.50 + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours / Location

  • Choose your own days! Commit min 3 days per week!
  • AM Shift: 9am-6.30pm (with 1hr lunch break)
  • PM Shift: 12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break)
  • Shifts will be assigned based on your availability
  • Thomson-Sin Ming Ave; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing application of card applications
  • Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
  • Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
  • Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
  • Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
  • Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Computer literacy is essential –proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using computer systems and databases
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the assigned scope of work
  • A good team player with a cheerful personality and positive attitude
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
