Job Responsibilities

• Install and align wall tiles accurately using professional tools.
• Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and site requirements.
• Cut and shape tiles to fit around corners, pipes, fixtures, and irregular surfaces.
• Apply adhesives, mortar, grout, and finishing materials.
• Prepare wall surfaces, including plastering, cement mortar application, and waterproofing.
• Measure and mark surfaces for precise tile placement.
• Mix and prepare construction materials such as cement, mortar, and plaster.
• Install support structures, anchor bolts, and brackets when required.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety standards and project specifications.
• Estimate material requirements, manpower needs, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of wall tiling experience in construction or renovation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Proficiency with tiling tools and equipment.
• Physical fitness for on-site work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Suitable Candidate Profile

A good candidate would have hands-on experience with residential or commercial tiling projects, be comfortable working independently on-site, understand construction drawings, and consistently produce high-quality finishes.
