Job Summary

Logistic Officer plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, coordinating goods movement, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular physical stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate stock movements within the warehouse to ensure timely and organized handling of goods
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation to support inventory tracking and reporting
• Maintain accuracy of stock records to prevent errors and support operational efficiency
• Track shipments to monitor delivery status and ensure timely receipt or dispatch of goods
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on shipment status and address inquiries
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, stock discrepancies, or damaged goods to minimize operational disruptions
