Your Role

As a Warehouse Admin Support, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations through accurate documentation, inventory coordination, and administrative support.You’ll work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfilment.

What You’ll Do

· Provide administrative support fordaily warehouse operations

· Process and manage incoming and outgoing orders in the system

· Prepare delivery orders (include packing orders), invoices, and shipping documents

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. logistics providers, suppliers)

· Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system

· Support stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

· Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery or documentation issues

· Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

· Handle data entry and ensure accuracy across warehouse systems

· Update stock into e-commerce platform

· Support general coordination to ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse

What We’re Looking For

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic warehouse/logistics systems

· Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

· Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative roles is preferred

· Fresh graduates are welcome
