Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

You will handle warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, and preparing goods for delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods to verify accuracy and quality against delivery documents
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Arrange and store items in designated locations to maintain an organized warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods accurately for delivery or distribution
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records reflecting stock movements
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy
• Keep the warehouse or storeroom clean, safe, and well organized to support operational efficiency
• Report damaged or missing items promptly to the supervisor for timely resolution
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned to support team operations
