Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
Oversee daily warehouse receiving transactions and prepare for export processes.
Plan, coordinate, and execute warehouse operations efficiently, utilizing systems for optimal resource management.
Identify areas for continuous improvement in logistics and warehousing functions to fulfill production, inventory, and customer service goals.
Monitor daily usage of materials to prevent production stoppages.
Ensure smooth shift transitions by overseeing handover procedures and addressing outstanding issues.
Assist the warehouse team lead in daily operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Perform any additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum N level of education.
3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or warehousing within a manufacturing environment.
Possession of a forklift license and at least 5 years of forklift operating experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
