WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Job Summary
You will manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely order preparation while maintaining high warehouse standards and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack incoming parts physically to verify accuracy and condition
- Prepare, load, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Report discrepancies found during receiving or shipping to maintain inventory integrity
- Update and maintain stock control systems to ensure accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with freight companies via online portals or phone to arrange pickups and deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization by upholding 5S standards
- Follow all relevant internal rules, policies, and procedures consistently
- Perform other job-appropriate duties and tasks as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic computer skills to operate stock control systems and online freight portals
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within the team and with external partners
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec or Specialized Diploma
- Freshers are welcome to apply
