Key Role & Responsibility Area

  • Manage the daily warehouse activities such as GRN update (local and import), inventory adjustments/ transfer posting, storing order, generation of orders from WMS (pick slip, put-away, packing/ repacking, label) inventory discrepancy investigation
  • Reviewing to confirm cargo packing requirements and instructions by customer prior to delivery
  • Loading Cargo (container & trucks): Preparing cargo, check lot number and quantity for loading of goods according to written requests or orders
  • Unloading cargo (container & trucks): This includes conducting quality inspection on (packaging of) incoming cargo of lot number, quantity, quality (for damaged goods) and for discrepancies between goods received and invoices or documents
  • Coordinate with internal and external transporter in meeting delivery schedule
  • To perform inventory cycle count (when necessary)
  • To perform in the annual stock take/ inventory audit
  • Isolate affected goods to quarantine area
  • To involve in the housekeeping of warehouse ensuring that it is clean and well maintained (as necessary)
  • Ensure that repacking activities are perform in a safe and timely manner
  • Accurately sort, label, repack of goods and put goods into location
  • Operate the forklift or other warehouse machinery
  • Provide timely information (photographs and documentation) to relevant stakeholders with regards to cargo discrepancies (lot number, quantity, quality)
  • To perform inspection of the quality and condition for all incoming and outgoing materials ensuring that they are in good
  • Adhere to environmental, health and safety rules / regulations
  • Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted
  • Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and procedure
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior or Management



Skill and Knowledge


  • Minimum academic qualification UPSR/Secondary level
  • Preferably trained in chemical safety and safe handling of chemicals
  • Able to converse and read simple English
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of people
  • Patient and hardworking
  • Careful and adhere to instructions, rules and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
