Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
Responsible for receiving inbound materials from external suppliers, internal plants, and field locations, ensuring accurate stocking of raw materials, components, and finished assemblies. Supports production and shipping operations by picking and delivering required materials and end products in a timely manner. Maintains inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper record-keeping, while also preparing component kits for production, fulfilling orders, and coordinating supplier subcontract parts to ensure seamless operational workflow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure to do receiving in Oracle timely and accurately.
- Ensure issuing material to production in timely manner and accurately.
- Ensure timely receiving transactions for sub-contractor purchase order or OSP PO timely and ensure timely closure of work order.
- To create packing details for shipment for the logistic department.
- To ensure carry out preservation for the receiving part, stored part and picked part before shipment.
- To closely monitor all consumables for warehouse: Labelling, packing, quarantine and preservation consumables and trigger order if needed it timely.
- Coordinate with cycle counter warehouse specialist and warehouse leader for transaction accuracy and inventory accuracy, process improvement and yearly physical inventory.
- To follow up to get fumigation certification and report it to packaging vendors.
- To raise purchase request and receive it on the system (SSP5).
- To ensure that all transactions are matching on the Oracle system with items physically
- To maintain zero accident TRIR = 0, in all operations – receiving, issuing, picking, packing and shipment.
Qualifications:
- High School / Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in Oil industry
- Ability to communicate using English.
- Strong PC skills and working knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with material transaction in ERP (Oracle, AS400)
