Warehouse Associate – Part Time (M–F)

Location: Leaders Furniture Distribution Center – Largo, FL 6303 126th Ave N, Largo, FL 33773

Pay: $15/hour + team incentive when earned.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 PM–7:00 PM or until the work is done.

About the job...

• Scan, sort, and move inventory using handheld scanners
• Load and stage furniture for delivery
• Crosstrain in Assembly, Receiving, Quality Control, and Lift Operators
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• Opportunity to earn forklift certification

What we need from you...

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with help)
• High endurance—this role requires constant walking and physical activity
• Willingness to work daily overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse (heat, cold, humidity)
• Reliable transportation to work Monday–Friday
• Strong work ethic, urgency, and teamwork
• Customer-focused mindset
