Reach Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate (Seasonal)

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Reach Truck Operators/Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse operations during a temporary project period. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing materials while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for project and operational needs
  • Load and unload shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material locations
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Operate barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
  • Support general warehouse and material handling activities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Must have Reach Truck experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
