We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Inventory Specialist who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping everything running efficiently.
What You'll Do
As a member of our warehouse team, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Verifying inventory against purchase orders
- Organizing inventory for accuracy and accessibility
- Maintaining inventory records within our inventory management system
- Performing cycle counts and assisting with inventory audits
- Picking and staging materials for technician orders
- Preparing materials for delivery to field technicians
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages
- Assisting with stock rotation and warehouse organization
- Helping improve warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has previous warehouse or inventory control experience
- Pays close attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Can lift materials and remain active throughout the day
- Works well independently and with a team
- Communicates professionally and respectfully
- Takes pride in keeping an organized workspace
- Is dependable and arrives ready to work every day
Experience with inventory software is a plus but not required.
