We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, communication on the status of operations, managing inventory control, and leading a team of warehouse associates. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the warehouse.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations.
  • Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
  • Follow and promote all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Experience & Core Competencies

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Strong ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, approachable attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and solid computer skills.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
