Warehouse Manager

Operations Oversight: Manage daily activities related to receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and reduce overtime.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical audits, reconcile data, and prevent inventory discrepancies using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, prevent hazards, and maintain a secure working environment.

Performance Metrics: Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track workflows, and prepare reports to present to senior management.

Essential Skills

  • Leadership & Organization: Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experience with WMS software, inventory control systems, and data collection tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making capabilities in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

    Typical Requirements
  • Education: A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is typically preferred.

    Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and staff supervision.
