Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to lead daily operations and help build what those operations look like at 2–3× today's volume. You will report to the European Team Lead Outbound.

  • You own end-to-end warehouse operations: goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, palletising, shipping, and truck loading — every order, every day.
  • You lead, plan, and develop a team of 7–8 warehouse staff: shift scheduling, absence management, onboarding, coaching, and building a resilient substitution structure.
  • You track and improve operational KPIs: OTIF, picking productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, damage rate, and fleet utilisation — with weekly reporting to the European Team Lead Outbound.
  • You manage inventory: cycle counts, weekly stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and coordination with purchasing and supply chain.
  • You coordinate outbound: quality-check orders before dispatch, manage CMR and delivery documentation, and work with carriers and drivers to secure on-time, in-full deliveries for key accounts.
  • You write and enforce SOPs, work within the live ERP and WMS systems, and actively contribute to D2C scalability on site.
  • You keep the site safe and compliant: PPE standards, forklift/pedestrian separation, Belgian labour and fire safety law.
  • Several years of hands-on experience leading warehouse or logistics operations — FMCG, food, or pet food background strongly preferred.
  • Solid end-to-end warehouse process knowledge: inbound, intralogistics, outbound, and stock counting.
  • Experience working with WMS and ERP systems; prior involvement in a system rollout is a plus.
  • Confident with transport processes: CMR documentation, tour planning, and carrier coordination.
  • Familiarity with EU feed hygiene compliance (Reg. EC 183/2005) and HACCP-equivalent frameworks is an asset; support is available internally.
  • Structured, performance-driven, and hands-on — you lead from the floor and hold yourself to KPIs.
  • Clear communicator under pressure; experienced in driving change in established teams.
  • Day shift as standard; shift model applies during seasonal peaks.
  • French fluent; good command of English; German a plus.
  • A real operational mandate — you run the site, with full accountability and short lines to leadership.
  • A growth moment: 2–3× volume in two years means you will build, not just maintain.
  • A friendly, international team.
  • Flat hierarchies, an open culture, and flexible working arrangements.

We look forward to receiving your application — including your CV, your earliest possible start date, and your salary expectations. Tell us briefly about a warehouse challenge you tackled: what was broken, what you did, and how you measured success.
