Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1.\tOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
<\/div>
2.\tEnsure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.
<\/div>
3.\tOptimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
<\/div>
4.\tSupervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational discipline.
<\/div>
5.\tImplement and monitor warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
<\/div>
6.\tCoordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
<\/div>
7.\tMonitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
<\/div>
8.\tManage inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
<\/div>
9.\tEnsure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
<\/div>
10.\tCollaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support smooth inventory flow and business operations.

Requirements<\/h3>1.\tStrong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch management.
<\/div>
2.\tInventory management and stock control with experience in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
<\/div>
3.\tProficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
<\/div>
4.\tTeam leadership and workforce management to supervise, train, and improve warehouse staff productivity.
<\/div>
5.\tKnowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and warehouse operational best practices.
<\/div>
6.\tStrong problem\-solving, coordination, and communication skills to manage daily warehouse activities efficiently.
<\/div>

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
