· Handle the warehouseon stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.

· Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks.

· Handle and resolve all customers’ issues independently and promptly.

· Manage customers’ expectations and ensure customers’ KPI targets are achieved.

·· Track and ensure timelines on orders are met.

· Able to carry heavy loads, when required.

· Work closely with warehouse logistics team as a team player.
