Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Changi / $2.8k | 0580

Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
Working hours: 5.25days, rotating shifts
Salary: $2000-$2800

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with Customer Service & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
• Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To co-ordinate with Other Logistic Company.
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company’s requirements.
• Liaising with internal CS and appointed service providers on day-to-day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
