You will be responsible of the coorination, monitoring and optimizing the movement, storage, processes and distribution allocating inventory\n(berries) to the sales orders, ensuring compliance with quality standards,\ninventory accuracy, and timely dispatch or receipt of inventory. This position\nis the link to control and supervise the service provided by our warehouse partners.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/div>This position will be on charge of the coordination of our third party warehouse in Plant City and will ocasionally visit other warehouses around US and Canada (depending on the season). Is needed to constantly visit Plant City, so it is important to live around Tampa area or be willing to relocate. Hybrid work.<\/span><\/span>

- Service agreements:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate in agreements\nto operate the fruit properly, focus on\nefficiencies and performance of the service, control and\nbudget rates, organize the\nbilling cycles and conditions for allocation of cost. Give services\nweekly plan updates to ensure it is aligned with warehouse capacity. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage our partners to be accountable on ensuring our\nexpectations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Update inventory:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Keeping all\ninventories balanced with optimum rotation, follow the\npriority guidelines to full fill the sales allocation and keep track of\nissues and look for solutions of any product that may need some kind of\nattention.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Shipping and delivery performance: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Tracking the\nproduct till delivery, report about any issues that may affect the\ncustomer and c<\/span><\/span><\/span>ontrol the shipping security measures and escalate\nwhen it is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Inbound shipping tracking:<\/b> <\/span><\/span>Constant tracking shipments from the growers incoming\nto the controlled warehouses, p<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>roduce\navailability reports for sales allocations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Packing services:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organize and\ninstruct packing and/or repacks services needed. Procure materials, necessary\nstaff, process lines layouts and setting for any process needed. <\/span><\/span>Make any notification of any anomaly and follow up the\nresults for further control<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Service invoices:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>All Invoices must\nbe allocated to a traceable lot, proactively\nnotify of any additional / special expenses to finance department and manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate QC of inbound an stock:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate full\ninspections before any product is shipped and e<\/span><\/span>nsure that deliveries to customers are according to\nagreed quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/p>
Experience required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Degree in business administration, logistics or\nrelated field preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum of 2 years of experience. Fresh produce exposure preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Worked with\nshippers, trucking companies and import agents.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in managing\nservice agreements with 3PL warehouses, trucking companies, suppliers of\nmaterials and others,<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in\ninventory management and systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with\nsales operations, coordinating shipping and fulling orders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Flexibility to do\ncoverage on different shifts. (Weekends and/or extended hours).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
