Warehouse Operator
About the role
This role is responsible for execution of warehouse management process for ITEC equipment, upgrade kits and spare part. The key results are warehouse KPI’s: stock accuracy and quality, timely goods receipt and goods availability for order fulfillment.
What you will do
Execute goods receipt and order picking process by unload incoming shipments, verify packing lists, and pick/pack for dispatch.
Safely operated material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Label products correctly, maintain cleanliness standards, and support periodic stock take.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse flow, storage efficiency, and handling safety.
Proficient in handling full sets of shipping and export documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Coordinating freight forwarders, carriers, and trucking companies to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
Knowledgeable in incoterms, HS Code classification, im/export declarations, and customs clearance procedure
What you will need
Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving, storing, picking, and documenting materials.
Experience with warehouse processes or inventory systems is an advantage; forklift certification is a plus.
Good teamwork, communication skills, and responsible, safety‑conscious working attitude.
