Key Responsibilities<\/b>

✔<\/span> Inventory & Stock\nManagement<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Receive,\n verify, and record incoming stock.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    ✔<\/span> Record Keeping &\nDocumentation<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Maintain\n proper logs including GRN, stock transfers, inward/outward registers.
      <\/li>
    • Update\n system or Excel sheets with stock movement details.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure\n all records are neat, accurate, and up\-to\-date.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      ✔<\/span> Packaging & Handling<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Pick\n and pack orders based on order sheets.
        <\/li>
      • Ensure\n proper packaging standards to avoid damage during transit.
        <\/li>
      • Label\n packaging and follow safety & quality guidelines.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        ✔<\/span> Shipping & Dispatch<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Prepare\n parcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.
          <\/li>
        • Generate\n invoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.
          <\/li>
        • Track\n dispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.
          <\/li><\/ul>

          <\/p>

          • Ensure\n the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
            <\/li>
          • Follow\n material handling procedures to avoid damage or safety hazards.

            Skills & Qualifications<\/b>

            • Minimum 0\-1 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
              <\/li>
            • Education \- Diploma or Any graduation
              <\/li>
            • Basic\n knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
              <\/li>
            • Strong\n organizational and time\-management skills.
              <\/li>
            • Ability\n to lift and move goods safely.
              <\/li><\/ul>
