Warehouse Picker

PICKER / SERVICE OPERATOR

Job Description:

• Report to the Warehouse Manager
• Picking and Packing orders according to the picking list requirements
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Replenish pick phase manually or with warehouse equipment
• Weekly count and verification of inventory information between physical and system
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate stocks information
• Handover and tally of stocks (check-out against invoices) to Drivers
• Housekeeping on allocated storage lanes
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
• Involved in the company bi-annual stock take

Job Requirements:
• Preferably ‘O’ Level education or above
• Preferably with some related experience in logistic operations in food distribution or warehousing work environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to undertake 6 days workweek and do overtime if required.
• Able to withstand cold room work environment (-18 degree temperature; cold room jacket will be provided).
• Physically and medically fit, and able to carry heavy loads (20-30kg).
