Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily warehousing operations, lead warehousing teams, and ensure efficient resource allocation and risk management to maintain seamless supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehousing operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all warehousing activities to meet operational goals
• Supervise warehousing team members, including assistant supervisors and warehouse assistants, to optimize performance
• Allocate and adjust staff resources based on changing operational demands
• Maintain accurate customer service logs, training records, and safety documentation to support compliance and quality
• Identify and resolve warehousing and customer-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Implement and maintain risk management programs to ensure supply continuity during emergencies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum O-level or equivalent academic qualification
• At least 2 years of warehousing service experience with strong logistics knowledge
• Proficient computer literacy to manage warehousing systems and documentation

• Demonstrated teamwork skills with a proactive and positive work attitude
