Warehouse Supervisor
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure warehouse operations and procedures align with company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets, project milestones, and continuous improvement goals, including regular performance and development reviews
Oversee material receiving, storage, replenishment, and inventory rotation to ensure accurate stock management and first-in, first-out practices
Manage finished goods receiving, storage, and outbound shipping to support customer delivery commitments
Plan and conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventory counts, analyze variances, and implement actions to improve inventory accuracy
Promote a strong safety culture and lead 5S and workplace organization activities to maintain a safe, efficient, and orderly environment
Partner closely with colleagues across production, planning, quality, and other functions to support smooth plant operations and shared objectives

For This Role, You Will Need:

Experience leading or coordinating warehouse or logistics operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
The ability to guide and develop team members, set priorities, and manage daily workflows
Working proficiency in English and confidence using standard office and warehouse-related computer systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under changing priorities and operational pressure
A solid understanding of safety practices, inventory control, and process discipline
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Previous people-management experience within warehouse or supply chain operations
Exposure to continuous improvement, lean, or 5S practices
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to improve service, accuracy, or efficiency
Additional language skills or experience working in a global organization
