Warehouse Supervisor

Job Desription

• Supervise& lead a Section within the Department to achieve organisational goals infulfilling customer’s satisfaction level.
• Assume responsibility as leaders for improvement projects.
• Liaise with customer for resolving operational issues.
• Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisationin achieving warehouse operations target.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming andoutgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower, with cost implications in mind, to meetcustomer’s order demand.
• Cultivate and promote physical and mental well-being in theworkplace.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safetyinformation to the Team.
• Monitoring employee performance and addressing performanceissues.
• Identifying and resolvinginventory discrepancies.
• Implementing processimprovements to streamline operations.
• Ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and procedures.
• Reporting on warehouseperformance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Performany other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Job requirement:

• Possess at least GCE N Level
• Able to communicate in English
• Computer Literate
• 3 years of relevant experience in logisticsincluding traffic duty
• Able to perform overtime as and when required
