Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies and support quality control efforts.
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues.
• Track and report on warehouse productivity and KPIs.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouseenvironment.

Requirements:

• NITEC/ Diploma Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, physicallyactive environment.
