Stockarea aggregates supply chain service providers like warehouse operators, <\/span><\/span>Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, & Compliance service providers, and offers <\/span><\/span>a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage these services<\/span> Objectives of this role:<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor <\/span><\/span> <\/span>management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency \u2014 with customer satisfaction the <\/span><\/span> <\/span>primary goal \u2014 by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and <\/span><\/span> <\/span>establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage <\/span><\/span> <\/span>requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day\-to\-day operational issues and reach <\/span><\/span> <\/span>short\- and long\-term performance goals.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards <\/span><\/span> <\/span>and procedures and by complying with legal regulations<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse <\/span><\/span> <\/span>regularly.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits <\/span><\/span> <\/span>and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise end\-to\-end e\-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, <\/span><\/span>dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse layout and staff productivity.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, <\/span><\/span> <\/span>space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to <\/span><\/span> <\/span>maximize efficiency and minimize overtime<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance <\/span><\/span> <\/span>when necessary<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable <\/span><\/span> <\/span>plans for loss prevention<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company <\/span><\/span> <\/span>facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of <\/span><\/span> <\/span>packages<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee and manage the warehouse Audits for Security and Safety purposes.<\/span> Skills Required: <\/span><\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Soft skills and excellent communication<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Language skills: Tamil, Hindi & English<\/span> Perks:<\/span><\/b>
