Objectives of this role:
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tResponsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency \u2014 with customer satisfaction the primary goal \u2014 by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tTrain and manage the warehouse team to solve day\-to\-day operational issues and reach short\- and long\-term performance goals.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIn Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tOversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tKeep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tSupervise end\-to\-end e\-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse layout and staff productivity.
<\/div>
<\/div>

<\/div>
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tSupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tSchedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMeet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tOversee and manage the warehouse Audits for Security and Safety purposes.
